Annual Sales Conference
A full day sales meeting to provide updates on strategy, financial figures and further incentivise employees through a short awards ceremony.
The Challenge
Due to the current economic climate, our client wanted to deliver a strategy update and sales conference to 100 of their employees within a tight budget. With cost of event spaces on the rise and the ever-growing production requirements, we had to think outside the box when it came to venue and design of the event.
The Approach
For the venue, the Everyman Cinema in Leeds was the ideal options given its in-house AV and sound. This enabled us to make use of the large in-built screen and projector in addition to the in-house sound, microphones and sound mixing desks.
From a branding and staging perspective, we used a local supplier to provide staging which extended the current cinema set-up, in addition to branding the stage surround to create a central focal point and bring the staging to life.
We brought in an AV technician and production manager to support with the presentations and mixing on the day.
The Result
An engaging and energising conference in a unique space was delivered to all 100 attendees with high quality graphics on the screen.
The venues delicious in-house catering received great feedback from attendees in addition to the surprise popcorn and sweets provided within the conference room itself.
The clients are interested in returning to the venue this year for another interactive sales conference enjoyed by all.
