An Employee Network Meeting designed to enhance cohesion and communication within a global team.
The Challenge
Our client faced the challenge of enhancing team cohesion and communication among 26 of its employees, spread across different offices. With an Employee Network Meeting planned in London from December 11 to 13, our client needed to ensure a seamless experience for participants, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration.
The Approach
To address the challenge, we took a strategic approach to event planning. This included meticulous coordination of travel arrangements for flights, securing central accommodation, organising team-building activities such as five escape rooms, and selecting Balans #60 Soho for a memorable dinner. The agenda was carefully designed to balance formal meeting sessions with informal networking opportunities, encouraging open communication and meaningful connections.
The Result
The Employee Network Meeting proved highly successful in achieving its objectives. Positive feedback from our client highlighted the well-organised event, the effectiveness of team-building activities, and the value of connecting with colleagues from diverse locations. The strategic planning and engaging activities contributed to increased team cohesion, improved communication, and a sustained sense of motivation among employees.
